The neighborhood is located just off of Highway US-27on Cagan Crossings Boulevard, not far from US-192. Meritage Homes which is a energy STAR certified builder and Centex Homes are the developers.

Home prices in 2021 are expected to start around $302,000. Homes will go up to 2631 square feet. the Holmes will include three to four bedrooms and have two to three bathrooms and one half bathroom. Two car garage will be included with all one and two-story homes. There will be over 300 homes in the gated community.
