Flamingo Crossing is a new Disney World Area Shopping and Hotels Area. It is located in Winter Garden South off of Western Way and Flamingo Crossing Blvd. There has been a Marriot Springhill Suites and Townplace Suites for a few years. its rumored that 60 plus stores are on the way. I have confirmed a Hilton Homewood Suites is now built.

Rich noto is the best realtor you'll find in the central Florida area. I saw his YouTube videos, and i was delighted the way he explained everything. Made an appointment. He showed me a lot of home community options that fit my budget. The best thing is that he is more than a realtor, also he is a licensed inspector and help me to see all the little details or concerns during the building and inspection points.
