Those homes with a pool are on the waterfront for the older phases. Newer phase homes will have pools, but not have water in the back such as a pond. The Margaritaville pool house is fenced in. On newer phase homes the rear section has much more space then the first few phases. Pool houses were in high demand and they are being offered more at the end of the homes being built. Sunset Cove and Paradise Cay are names of the community phases. The First was Sunset Cove and the current is Paradise Cay.
