Orlando is a great area. There is endless activities that go on year round. Prior to moving, I was traveling to Orlando several times a year. I always enjoyed it. After a while I noticed the money I was spending on hotels, with nothing to show for it, could be put to better use in a vacation property that may down the road become a full time home and build equity.

I am a annual passholder to all the main theme parks such as Disney World which includes The Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom Blizzard Beach, Typhoon Lagoon and Disney Springs. Universal Orlando which includes Islands of Adventure, Universal Studios, Citywalk and Volcano Bay. Sea World Orlando, Aquatica and Busch Gardens in Tampa.
