Summary

Summerville Resort has a very different style and feel about it. I like that the community offers a fitness center and pool. I also think that the model home was very nicely set up to accommodate multiple people in one home. The home does provide each of the bedrooms with their own private bathroom. The community is popular with home investors because of the amenities and the short term rental ability.

The private bathrooms add to its vacationer appeal. The location is in a prime spot it is close to the Margaritaville Resort Orlando and Reunion resort which includes the Encore Resort and the Bears Den with Eagle Trace and Spectrum Plus. Water parks are close by and so is golf. Plenty of shopping. Walt Disney World, Universal Orlando Resort, SeaWorld and many other attractions on International Drive or a short drive away. Summerville is worth checking out for anyone looking to purchase a investment property to rent or for those looking for a vacation home that could possibly turn into a full-time residence.
