- A larger neighborhood. Most on this list have many homes for sale. Some have hundreds or even into the thousands of homes.
- New construction properties for sale
- Possible better amenities. These amenities typically have a pool, playground and even clubhouse. Other amentias may be a resort style pool and sports courts like basketball, volleyball and pickleball.
- Location in relation to shopping and dinning or state parks or theme parks or other attractions.
- Something unique or special. Such as scenic hills or larger home sites.
