I was impressed to see a community such as this offering so much for very low home prices.  The D.R. Horton homes in the area to look more like Horton’s Luxury Line then standard D.R. Horton homes.  It seems that use the Luxury Line brand but didn’t label it that .   I found the Holmes from Horton to be the most attractive on the exterior in the community. 

Pulte Homes as always never seems to disappoint me. The homes are attractive and have a nice interior that is well thought out.

Lennars home section was a surprise to see it gated inside of a already gated community for those looking for a low-cost home with a gated community this would be a first stop. 

The amenities that are included at the clubhouse off fantastic.  It is up there with many of the resort-style communities. 

Location is to Champions Gate which is full of restaurants, shopping, medical facilities such as doctors dentist and specialist are all extremely close by.  So is golf in Champions Gate, one of the things that is known for.

Tourist Attractions are  all under 30 minutes making it great for attracting tourists to rent the property.
