Then you have to update each person where you let off with the other/s. It’s just me and you. As a addition when you are in contract I do have a coordinator to help assure time frames are met by following through with other parties and yourself.

This involves internet and the major home sites, or as some Agents put it your home goes to hundreds or thousands of websites. Camera photos of the home taken with a tripod. Videos. Plus I have special ads on major Real Estate websites that your house will be shown on. Social media ads such as Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter and Youtube. And ads running on many major sites and more. Optional print ads are available as well.
The bottom line is price sells a home. Agents that advertise fast sales have the home priced at, but possible below market value. I have had my own home priced before. Anything will sell fast if you are the lowest price for a similar item or house.
I am willing to put in the time. Finding a home normally does not happen fast.
I will do my best to attend the property final walk through and inspection.

with Thermal Imaging Certification and has taken 75% more than the required courses for licencing. Member of InterNachi the International Association of Home Inspectors. Home inspectors have a general knowledge of building standards and can spot material defects (home damage). Please note as per Florida Regulations a Home inspector cannot inspect a home that the inspector is selling. Or sell a home that the inspector has inspected. With that said you will need to choose a inspection company when it is time. But Realtors are supposed to point out issues they see on a home. The problem is Realtors are not trained and give terrible advice about problems. I will use my knowledge to answer your questions correctly. I will recommend the appropriate specialist or your home inspection company take a look at the issue.
